It is day 2 for me. I need the group support also since my husband keep bringing home junk food. He sat at the dining table last night eating his pizza, but I passed the temptation. I felt great this morning, did my work out, but feeling hungry right now. evening are usually the worst. But we can do this together!

    Hi David,

    Welcome to the group :-)

I couldn't agree more with your comment "...but I have found that once you start cheating it gets harder not to the next time..." Personally once I cheat all just goes down the hill hence why I have started this reboot about 10 times....I will try your treat recipe :-)

    Hi everyone,

I have a question in mind and was wondering if someone could help me withit. Does it matter if we follow the guided reboot menu? Would I get the same result if I only select 5-6 recipes and rotate?

The big thing I always hear is drink all the colors of the rainbow your orange, green, red, yellow, and purple and remember 80% veggies 20% fruit but I think we all have our favorite go to drinks. So what's every bodies favorite drink mine is 2 sweet potatoes, 2 apples or pears, 1 orange & 4 carrots. Enjoy everybody lets do this

    Hello Ty,

I agree with David, as long as you include variety and keep to 80% veggies and 20% fruit you should achieve the same results. I use the plan more as as guide and I am not following strictly. hope it is going well for you :-)
