    G'day G'day G'day!!

Tabitha in Canberra here! ..or should I say "Coldberra"..?? The sun is shining today after about 3 months of bloody rain, so I made three juices this morn and am ready for an amazing day ahead!! Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi! Feel free to pop me a line if anyone is from the ACT, Queanbeyan, Snowy Mountains or Southern Highlands. I find that being vegan can be socially isolating sometimes, so keen to meet some juicy new friends! :-)

Hi Kate, I think he has already done the book tour earlier this year, perhaps he is coming back though. How are you going? I'm from NSW, but was working in Melbourne when I got your friend request few days ago. I went off track a little after a 30 day guided reboot, but have learnt not to best myself up about it and keep at it with better choices. Tricky, but that's life hey. How are you going?

Hi Guys!!! I live in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria. On Joe's Facebook page he mentions he is coming back to Australia with his book tour. Does anyone know if he'll be heading to Melbourne and when?? :)

Hi KateM, Just found this email sent today from Joe. He is coming back to Australia and here is info for your state (visiting a few Woolworths)

"Head over to Woolworths in QV Melbourne on June 9th from 12pm - 2pm, where you will find Joe in the produce section giving a talk, answering questions, and making a fresh juice! He will also be offering samples of his Reboot Your Life bottled juice range, which is available in Woolworths stores around Australia."

Day 2 was good until I got the most whopper headache ever. Checked on this site and they all said water, water, water so that's what I did. Went by bedtime. Woke up great and another 600 gr off.

Hi I'm about to start on my first re boot and I'm aiming for 5 days and see where that leads me.

I have been making juices and smoothies for awhile now but no solid food is going to be a challenge.

I have put an app on my phone to remind me to drink water as this is something I do not do regularly. I swim twice a week but need to add some walking.

    So here goes- Day 1

    Hi Teresa,

I'm presently on day 21 of a 30 day guided reboot. Unfortunately stuck with a tummy bug at the moment and hanging in there. Hoping to feel more energy tomorrow/weekend. It's been a journey but I'm very determined. Having a coach and team support is awesome. We don't talk about food much and some of us are contemplating 60 day reboot.
