Third day going strong. I had muscle cramping in the middle of the night. Someone suggested magnesium tablets and potassium. Thought I would ask here any opinions on that? Feelin a wee bit grumpy. My Daugher-In-Law and I are doing the Reboot together, so that is soooooo goooood. Thanks for listening. It really helps knowing everyone is here. We are doing this!

I have never tried the tablets but I do use this magnesium oil the helps wonderfully with muscle soreness and even a little on the forehead with headaches. Glad to hear you and your daughter are in this together, that always helps. I am also happy to know everyone is here!

Hi Cosmicoracle - it sounds like you are low on electrolytes as that will contribute to muscle soreness and cramping, and potassium and magnesium are several of the electrolytes your body needs. Are you drinking coconut water? It's an excellent source of electrolytes and fits perfectly with rebooting.

Day 3 and I started making my own juices again, I like to buy the cold pressed juices from my local co-op for the first couple days to relieve myself of the stress at the beginning but now I am glad to be making my own again. This allows me to make my own juice creations and it always taste a little fresher when made right from your own juicer! Hope everyone is well, I will check in tonight.

Well, coming to the end of day two, feeling like I am right back in the routine of things which is good. I think with this being my second time around, I am noticing things and appreciating things much more. For instance, on my previous reboot, I didn't think notice a big pick up in energy at times but i think I overlooked many things because I was so focused on just keeping it together to make it 60 days and being afraid I wouldn't. However, now that I have that monkey off my back and I proved I could do it to myself, I am able to go about this reboot in a lighter way and the lack of stress will probably cause an even greater benefit than the first go round, at least that is the hope. Hope everyone is well and I am happy to see the comments, keeping plugged in here and the accountability really helps me!!!!

On my first reboot we limited ourselves to herbal teas. On my NYC trip at Juice Generation they have a drink called "Ginger Fix". It comprises of Ginger juice, almond milk, agave and spices. I am on the fence about drinking this on the reboot when I need a little extra perk. On my reboot as well when I needed something more than straight herbal teas, coconut water, juice, and water I would have an almond milk/almond butter protein warrior shake which helped me out tremendously with hunger and my mental outlook. I figured that was okay because it was still raw and still a liquid. I think I will have to just see how I feel and how it goes.

Went to bed feeling hungry and had a hard time sleeping but feeling optimistic and happy about the day. I think I need to drink more water today.

For me, on my first reboot, finiding the right ratio of water was key to how I felt and weight loss, I just kept tweaking the amount until I found what was perfect for me. Sleep was not one of the benefits I recieved on my first reboot but last night I seemed to sleep well, maybe because it is the second go around I am less stressed and know i can do it!!

Better Late Than Never, right? I am determined to finish a 60 day reboot and keep it off. I did a successful 30 day reboot about 5 years ago, but old habits and many ~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!****** later and here I am. I started today and was surprised to see "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead 2" on Netflix today; what a coincidence. I am so thankful for everyone here.

HI ALL! I am joining this group. Finished a 60 day reboot Dec. 4th, then went back to food and now going to do this 60 day reboot. Like ecollin479 I have about 40 pounds to lose and gained a few with my food choices this past week in NYC. Got a great book from "Juice Generation" and of course the juice recipes from my past reboot will get me going tomorrow.

Day 1 of my second reboot!!!! I am ready to go, I enjoyed all the eating for the past month since my last reboot but I am ready to get back to business and lose that other 40lbs and get back to kicking those food cravings butt, I realize I still have some work to do mentally that although I stuck with the juice only the first reboot, I didn't tackle everything mentally and I plan to do a better job this time around. I only gained back 10 of the 40lbs I lost when I started eating and 5lbs is automatic since you go from no food in belly to food, so I don't think i did bad!!! I look forward to people joining the group and we can all encourage each other!!!!!!!!!
