    03.14 Sat Day 20 complete

so that means that today is weigh in day.. to date I've lost 8Lb.. exactly 4Lb per 10 days.

compared to my past reboot efforts, that's both disappointing and a challenge..weight loss was slow because I was quite sedentary.. these past 20 days were devoted only to getting my mindset into juicing while I took care of normal business.. and it worked to cement resolve.

I'm excited about the next 30 days juicing because I've mapped out a routine schedule to include time to bike hike & walk.

"I like long walks... especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.."

"don't honk! I'm pedaling as fast as I can.."

    Congratulations on Day 20!

A routine schedule sounds like a winning plan and one I want to adopt. I am sure actually planning for different types of movement will help to keep you (and me) on track! I got a step tracker to help me increase my movement but haven't always been wearing it. Today my daughter had me put it on my sock and I was so excited that I actually took 1500 more steps then I had been seeing as my average!

    Anything that motivates!!!!

    03.13 Fri Day 19 Complete

to confess, I cheated last night with a handful of almonds & walnuts.. for me, it's obsessive to note that ...but this time around, it's necessary that I be more of a juice only stickler.. these past 2 days I've been detoxing too rapidly and not sleeping well ...not good for working well ...the richness of nuts seemed like a good thing to slow it down.. I'm not sorry I tried it because I think it worked, but I'm sorry I did that.. got that?

    tomorrow I weigh

not bad for almost hitting the 20/60 day mark.. but I'm ready to amp it up a bit..

Sometimes I cheat with nuts too. They are so rich and satisfying.

I have managed to avoid the girl scout cookies, donuts, Mexican food, and starbucks all week at work. Then my husband made himself a big green salad and I found myself picking out the raw mushrooms and olives with glee. Still consider that a victory.

    03.12 Thu Day 18 complete

I made it thru yesterday when my planned day's schedule crumbled and left me to improvise..

    03.11 Wed Day 17

well I'm going to stamp this day "rebooted" even though I ate avocados & raw vedges.. I was getting very weak around 3pm and when that happens which isn't often, cashing in that allowance does the trick to move forward.. and avoid pitfalls..

I'm doing well with knowing what to do.. and what not to do..

    03.10 Tue Day 16 over

very freshly picked from the local farm.. celery (mixed it with pineapple.. these two tastes clash; don't try it). ever had French breakfast radish? adorable... and I got Meyer lemons this time.. they are larger, smoother and prettier than the average lemon.. (shhh... I hope the common lemon doesn't hear me say that.. we love you too!)

that's my way of saying I made it thru the long day and another one coming up so .. onward!

    Mon 03.09 Day 15 complete

having my plans made for me this week will make juicing easy to schedule. I only juice once sometimes twice a day and try to make it with as little hassle / daily interruption as possible, so that it's more of a desire than a chore...

... the most important thing, if you're going to do this and you are newish to it... is to plot out how you are going to dodge sabotage.. and if you don't know what that might be for you personally, try juicing without a plan for a few days and become familiar with every aspect of it

'cause it's just like painting a house for example.. all the hard work is in the prep

Day 3 here in Colorado and I just finished my first day of training yesterday and feel after the conclusion of the day that I am good to start my reboot again without fear of someone calling me out or warning me that I won't have a job. From what I have seen the person that wrote the handbook and the executive/category managers I met yesterday don't seem to share the same sense of personal invasion. Its on the books, so I wouldn't want to gleefully share with my superiors but it is a bit of don't ask, don't tell kind of vibe and as long as I am not falling out of my chair out of it, it shouldn't be an issue. So, look for a Day 1 video from beautiful Colorado today!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sun 03.08 Day 14 is over

2 weeks juicing to be proud of. I made a dent in the 60 days.. and in my health

being there last year when Eric did the 60, and flawlessly I might add, is what I reflect on when progress seems to be slowing down

......hey where'd everybody go on this group?

well, this one's for you, Eric:
