I feel like something the cat dragged in. I caught a bug going around. I am firm in that I am hoping my juicing will quickly quash this virus. Feel feverish, week, achy and have chills, congestion and cough. Any ideas, my reqular daily juices are Caret-Apple-Ginger and Spinach-Pear-Cucumber, then I mix it up with a yellow or red for my snack juice. Should I continue with this juice regimen or lay off for a while?

Finishing up my 150 day fast with less than 2 weeks left. My gosh this has been a long journey for me. I am here to be a beacon of light and hope for those of you struggling. I am here to shed some light on any questions and/or concerns. I'm here to let all of you know that however long you decide to Juice for that you can and WILL succeed. Don't let fear and old bad habits hold you back or send you back down in a spiral. Once hunger pains dissipate and your energy levels are at an all time high, I say even more so then before, YOU GOT THIS. Once you have your routine and Juicing becomes second nature you got this. I don't care if you've fallen in the past and feel like a failure. To succeed you must first learn to fail. It's a necessity in the process of success. You are not your failures. No matter how many times you fall get back up, and get back on the horse. You can and will be the champion you desire to be. Reach and find that light and never be afraid to let it shine in this world. All my best, -Andrew.

(Any questions or concerns don't be afraid to send me a PM. I got your back.)

P.S. Keep up the good work Ecollin. Proud of you man.

your story is so inspiring! I'm only on day 11 with 20 pounds lost! I hit a bit of a wall today when I realized I'd gained a pound back. Did that happen to you at all? I'm trying not to feel to discouraged but it's difficult as its only been weight lost so far! 20 pounds down...100 to go!

Just a quick check-in... After traveling for four days last week/end was home for one day then gone again for two. We were in Monterey/Carmel and I did enjoy some fresh seafood and lovely salads and wine. Came home and hadn't gained any weight. The dress was fine, even with a bit of tummy showing. Home for a day, working 10 hours outside, then gone again today for the weekend. It's so hard to juice-only, but I have had juice every day. I will be back on juice-only Monday, I should have at least two weeks without life interruptions, lol! Looking forward to losing the next 14 pounds.

You are doing so great Sue! Isn't is amazing that we can change our habits such that a simple meal like that is both delicious and satisfying. I find myself craving fresh steamed veggies or salads more than anything else.

Wow, It's pretty quiet here! Suesblues, you're keeping this site going! I finished my 60 day reboot the end of February and I haven't posted for some time, but I do continue to read. My goal was to stay within 5 lbs of my ending weight and then in mid-April start another (much shorter) weight loss reboot. So far so good. As of today I am 4 lbs above, and although my weight fluctuates a bit, I'm very pleased with how I am doing during this "break" and I feel confident that I am on the right path.

Great job Suesblues - 12 lbs total weight loss is great, and 30 days of juicing, I bet you feel fantastic!

Angelc - I'm so glad you successfully completed your reboot. It's a great feeling when a whole new size of clothes start to fit. I'm in the same boat. I'm excited, but it also means that many of the clothes in my closet no longer fit! Which is both good and bad!

So glad for your success, Stacy. I would think of the clothes issue as 95% good. I have a ton of old clothes anyhow. I am getting rid of my oversized clothes once and for all though. In the past I have kept it and it made it too easy to slip back into old habits. Not this time!!!

thanks Stacy.. I've noticed that you did flawlessly. I hope you get to buy a new outfit :)

yes it's quiet here. and I don't feel fantastic ... it's more like very pleased and the stress of having to lose weight has lessened considerably.. to become all fixed up I'm estimating will take a few months of being a good girl.

if you feel like it, maybe you can post a video on Terry's group?

Today is Weigh-in Day: another 4#'s down over 10 days, as predicted...total to date =12#s

got my farm delivery yesterday.. swiss chard, meyers, apples and do you know what kholrabi is? they look like extraterrestrial beets. ... my new favorite now are white turnips. I ate them.

next weigh in date is April 1.. and you know what else that day is...

    03.23 Day 29 Mon done..

tried the new bolthouse "roots" drink.. it was $2.50 for a small.. was okay..

pro: had a few hard to find roots.. con: kind of flat & without sweetness

then odwalla's "strawberry protein" (from soy) pros: no gmo's +50% protein.. con: soy overwhelmed the fruit

..bottled juices are good to get us thru the day but certainly don't have the vibrant pizazz and live energy of freshly juiced F&V
