    Juicing newbie here. I have been following the 16/8 Intermittent Fasting schedule and have been hydrating on tea the entire time. I have had great progress so far. I wonder how easy it would be to transition into the Juice cleanse or maybe my tea is enough (they're the best out there and the health benefits are truly concentrated)?

    Inviting all experienced juicers to share "best practices" and or tips.

    In my case I'm looking for some advise on how to get started for at least the 10 days challenge. I would like to know how to prepare and what to expect.

    As a newbie we all have lots of questions and concerns. Overall, lots of encouragement and advise is needed. Part 2 of the movie highlighted the importance of a support group.
