    Started juicing again. I lost 30lbs 4 years ago. I let myself go. I need to lose 80lbs. I need to stay focussed and i need somebody whoknows what i am going through to help me get through this. Motivation. Day 2.

    No headaches since I began juice cravings when family members cook good food around me. lol. I been drinking lots of water, added protein to my juice, chicken broth coconut water and vegan dinner/ salad. Felt weird. I guess detox but so far so good. Energy is pretty good too.

    I have found it much easier than I have been reading to do a smoothie for breakfast and lunch and then soup for dinner, juices in between. Day 4 here 6 pounds down and feeling amazing :)

    i have found if you have headaches and dizzy you are not eating according to JOE.



    follow the plan and you will feel INCREDIBLE.



    this will be my 3rd reboot starting tomorrow (10 day)



    i highly recommend as does JOE is to do a 1 or 3 days first.

    I am starting day 8 tomorrow. I was so mentally ready for this and I think that helps. The rest is that I am losing weight. I am down 11.6 already and can't wait to see what the scale says tomorrow morning. My skin feels amazing, I sleep so soundly, I just look forward, not think of what I am missing out on today.

    ok, im having a real problem.the first 3 days are harder than i thought, im having promblem drinking the juicies, im on days 2 of not eating or juicieing im not feeling to go, need some help

    Hello! I'm on Day 7 tomorrow. First time juicing and loving it so far. As of this morning, I was down 10.2 lbs. Want to lose about 70 more. Learning as I go!

    good job Cinnamarie. it really is great.. I am afraid to extend my 10 days.... I do many reboots. not one big one... I am planning to reboot eery month. the weight loss is too drastic... so i want to monitor it.. and take it easy because i do not want to go backwards.

    keep me posted Cinnamarie I am curious how well you are doing.

    Well im back on the juice wagon tomarrow lol. I did good for awhile....but fell off. My doctor told me my hip and back pain will not get any better unless I lose some weight. I'm sick of being in pain... Seeing my xrays with my bones looking so tiny compared to all the fat around them made me really look at myself in a different light....
