Which ONE (1) book to buy?

FAQ

I'd like to know which book is the best one to start with (has plans, shopping lists, menus, recipes).

Thanks!

I personally would buy Joe's first book, "Reboot with Joe Juice Diet". I have all of Joe's books, and I got the most out of his first book.

I agree. It has the ideology behind juicing, plus recipes and food prep requirements. I also got a lot out of watching the videos Joe has on YouTube. There are some differences, such as choices on some fruits on whether to peel or not. The videos also help a lot with just watching how it's done, plus lots of info on those as well.

I get the impression that the Reboot team is backing away from juice only reboots, at least you can no longer get the plans on the website. But Joes first book, and his first movie, were all about juice only reboots. His first reboot, which started his Reboot with Joe movement, was 60 days juice only, no food at all. IIRC his first book echos this mentality.

Zoots! Were the "plans" a detailed list of juices to drink throughout a 60 day fast? I would love to see that. I just realized I answered a two year old post. I'm sticking with the active group....Happy Juicing.

    1) Ignore the spammers, this place is infested with them, and the owners don't seem to care (or are just too stupid to be able to do anything about it).

    2) The plans did indeed have a list of what to juice, what to eat if including food, when to do it and IIRC even a grocery list. Look for Joe's first book, "The Reboot with Joe Juice Diet", it is still widely available and has juice plans, recipes. I'm not sure if goes so far as grocery lists, but it does have the plans in it and is a really good place to start.

Zootal....Thanks for the response. I am a veteran juicer/faster, but still would like to see the material. The spammers have almost driven me from this forum. But there are supportive positive people that continually post in Happy Juicing 2018 and their support has been invaluable.

I literally just signed up and noticed lots of spammers right off the bat. I went ahead and used the "Flag as inappropriate" button, but will see how the owners respond to that.

Sadly, the spammers have taken over, and ruined, these discussion communities. And for reasons unknown to me, the proprietors/admins for the longest time refused to do anything about it. Sad. This used to be a really good place to discus and get information on juicing/rebooting.

As a result, this place is now dead. This place used to have a lot of traffic, dozens of messages in all of the forums every day. If you look at them now, some have been dead for weeks, one has not had any traffic for months.

We have a forum "Ask the Nutritionist". She used to answer questions all the time. Sadly, she is gone, I think it's been a few months since she last helped anyone here.

IDK what the answer is. If you complain about the spam, the admins delete your posts. They will probably delete this post.
