Just finished the 10 day plan which I found really easy and manageable. Wasn't hungry or craving as I could eat veg/soups and have even started my 11th day with a smoothie as I enjoyed them so much! Just wanted to find out who others transition back to eating protein/carbs etc. without undoing all the good work.
