Reboot Newbies

What did Siong Norte drink in the documentary on her first day?

Reboot Newbies

Posted by IslaReina on 6 years ago I'm a newbie and I'd like to start by drinking the same concoction that Siong Norte had when she started. She mentioned that it really cleaned her out for two days! Was it the Mean Green drink?

Watch the video from 37:33 - 41:12 and try to figure it out.
    Apple and celery were shown.

Lived in Waterloo, Iowa, married to Daniel R. Norte, Hauptly Construction (as his sweatshirt showed in video around 39:06).
I noticed the crucifix she was wearing.

    Siong's 'advocate' was Nancy (40:19 - 41:12).

I drank Mean Green every morning and sometimes twice a day. Addicted to it.
I also drank my juices 90% Green Colorful Veggies to 10% Colorful Fruits.
To keep my sugar as low as possible - when using apples - I only used Green Granny Apples.
I'm not a recipe person, so I usually just throw it all in. Whatever comes out - it's usually tasty.
My favorite veggies are KALE - YES !!!! Beets, Celery, Spinach, Bochow, Asparagus, Avocado, Beets,Carrots, and the list goes on.

I do a 10 day juice cleanse every 2-3 months. Rejuvenates the body :)
Thanks to Joe Cross including me in the documentary, and his crew,
I have been Migraine Free for years. Amazing life when you are not constantly sick, battling fatigue & unbearable headaches.

For years, I kept a drug store in my house. A bottle of meds was in every room, every coat pocket and every purse every suitcase, fridge and 2 bottles in the car - glove compartment and console. About 4 months after the documentary, I went through everything and cleaned out all the bottles. I filled a grocery bag 3/4ths full.

I thank God for bringing Joe Cross and Natural Healing to me.
I can not thank him enough for giving me back my life.

    Thanks for posting, Siong!

I completed a 30 reboot about a year ago and tho I felt amazing but didn't lose more than 5lbs. I thought it could be due my 'greens to fruits ratio' and reading your post seems to affirm this idea, so I'm very eager to start again with my 2nd reboot.

I appreciate you sharing what you juiced and a bit about your journey to wellness ~ so inspiring!

May I ask how many ounces of juice and water you drank daily in the beginning?

I often wonder if maybe in addition to possibly too much fruit sugar if maybe I wasn't drinking enough of one or the other.

I ask you in particular because you obviously 'got it right ' as you look AMAZING!

    Thanks again for sharing...

Wishing you (continued!) vibrant health & joy!

I had the same problem - 3 weeks and no weight loss. In my case it turned out to be health issues, I had an endocrine issue that effect how my body metabolizes fat. I was literally starving to death and not loosing weight. This particular story had a good ending - the doctors eventually found the problem, 45 minutes on the operating table, a week or two recovery and I was then able to loose weight.

If in doubt, check with your doctor. I always tell people to have a physical and blood workup before embarking on a reboot or any kind of fast. While rare, sometimes we have underlying medical problems that can make it dangerious to fast.
