What brand of juice to buy

I am wondering if I am out running errands and in a pinch, what brand of pure jucie is ok to drink? I am doing the 30-60 day fast. I know some say they are pure but I don't know. My husband brought home naked but it seems like it had a lot of sugar- although it says no sugar added. Is there any brands that would be at most grocery stores that you find are ok? I am in Newberg, Oregon and all the juice cafes are in Portland, to far from me. Thanks!

I would be very leary of drinking anything that is out of a can. I'm sure there is sugar in it since the FDA allows some hinky things when it comes to labeling.

I always do a juice called Suja if im in a pinch. They are great. 3 bucks on average for a 12 oz bottle. Little pricey, but its good quality, so i think its worth it. Lots of different kinds. You can find them in most major grocery stores and health food stores. Check the organic section. Im pretty sure theyre mostly like 80-100 percent juice depending on the type of Suja. But nobodys going to ding you over 10 percent. They are very healthy. Let me know if you try one. Id like to hear your opinion.

Be super careful!! Even the juices that claim they are full of greens, only juice, etc. are so processed and full of crap they will hinder rather than help you. Joe suggested only looking for options that say "High Pressure Processed" or HPP. These are the closest you can get in a grocery store. And if they are--they will clearly say it on the label. I checked our local Safeway, and out of every single juice in the whole store, only 1 actually met this requirement. Try throwing a cooler in your car with an extra juice, or drinking a coconut water to help hold you over. If you have put in the hard work, you don't want it undone by something when you are so well intentioned. Best of luck to you---you can do this!!!

I'm glad that you clarified this Kessin. I tried to say something above but didn't do a very good job. I like your idea of throwing a little cooler in the car with an extra juice or coconut water. And your correct, if you put so much effort in planning and execution of that plan it is really sad if all the good that you have accomplished is undermined by something like this.

On the other hand I guess they didn't go by an energy drink or just as bad a concentrated fruit juice or even worse than that an almost juice like product. I agree, with a little planning you can accomplish a lot of things.
