Ginger, used in teas and Eastern dishes, aids in digestion and neutralizes gas-causing enzymes in food (such as beans, broccoli, etc). Peppermint has long been used for aiding digestion- Parsley as well. Long ago it was common for people to eat the leaves of peppermint or parsley after dinner to aid in digestion. Regular ingestion of yogurt or kefir will regulate your stomach, also aiding in digestion. Get redirected here for related article.
