I have been taking a teaspoon of golden paste (2 week portion is made with turmeric (70g), organic coconut cold pressed oil (70g), 1 tablespoon of freshly ground pepper, hanuka honey (10g)) first thing in the morning and last thing at night to help with inflammation. I add this to approx 10ml of semi skimmed milk as it makes it more palatable
It has made a big difference in managing the pain from various health issues I have and I have been able to manage without prescription medications since.
Is it acceptable to incorporate with juicing or is it likely to hinder my progress with weight loss and overall health benefits?
