During this current juice fast, one day instead of juice, I had half a papaya for breakfast, salad of romaine, tomatoes, onions, lemon, and avocado for dinner, and 2 kiwis for dessert and guess what?... 2 pound weight gain. Nuts right?! For thanksgiving, I'm going to my moms house, btw best cook in the entire world, and although she cooks mostly vegan, I'm deathly afraid I'll gain a ton of weight. She juices and I plan on juicing for breakfast and lunch, but I know I'll eat dinner (ton of house guests will be there too). Any suggestions? Any help please!
