I'm on Day 4 today and halfway through. I'm so motivated by this, and am not even feeling tempted to stop. I'm looking forward to the changes I will see. If I can get rid of this daily pain I will be sooooo happy.

Welcome, RBF, and congrats on Day 4! Really fantastic to read of your commitment.

Do come and join some of us on one or more of the active groups. You don't have to be in sync with your reboot for these... I started just taking a screen shot of a few groups:

(Note: If you do join, most of us post on the group walls on these groups, instead of using "send message to group" which also emails inactive members. You'll see a diff box. )

Thank you Soose! Today is the morning of day 8 for me. In 7 days I have lost 19 pounds. My Psoriasis has started to clear up, and my arthritis is a smidge better. I'm really excited to have made it through my first weekend unscathed.

Today is day 10. 22 pounds down, and I have NO arthritis pain right now! NONE, ZERO! My psoriasis has started clearing dramatically. I'm going to dust off my racquetball raquets when I get home :)

I have taken ZERO ibuprofen, naproxen, acetomenophen, etc...which had been a part of my daily life for 2 years. OH EM GEEEE!

Congratulations on such awesome results, RBF3999! Hearing about your success encourages me to keep going. Are you exercising as well as juicing? I'm wondering if adding exercise can help kickstart the loss of some pounds on my end :)
