it's day 9 out of what I had hoped to be 30 days of juice only fasting. Today is the first day I have questioned whether or not I can actually make it to day 30.
I don't know why it's so hard to day, but it is. I want to eat. I'm feeling rather consumed with the thought of eating. I told myself if I could do day 8 , I could do day 9. And when I've done day 9 I will be able to tell myself "if you did day 9, you can do day 10."
It's just so hard feeling so hungry. I'm doing one almost exclusively green veggie juice in the mornings and I'm doing usually a carrot and apple or carrot and orange one for lunch. At night I am doing a variety, nothing consistent, but trying to do the 20/80 veggie: fruit ratio.
Anyone have experience with hunger that sticks around?
