Group Reboots

Well today is day 4 of my second reboot. In December I did a 19 day reboot I was so successful that I lost 16 pounds in 3 days and by day 19 I believe I had lost 22 pounds. I was tooo happy but my happiness was short lived and off set by Christmas Dinner and all the meals that were to follow. I have to learn why I people please to the point that I run to food for comfort and short change my goals again and again. I have found myself eating chips like they were a drug and I was being fixed. only to see the scale and realize instead of being fixed I was being tricked. Only I was playing trick or treat with my health I have Celiacs and I was eating cookies, cakes, sandwiches with real bread not my gluten free kind. I know that if I keep eating off my diet of gluten free items I can end up with stomach or esophagus type cancers. Food still beacons to me and at times I still listen and obey its voice. I know its so much more than weight loss, I have to learn to say no and listen to my own self talk. I must succeed and stop playing ADHD with all the diet books and the lose weight quick books and schemes. I am reaching that fork in the road that Screams SAVE YOURSELF BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AND MY VICTORY OVER FOOD AND PEOPLE PLEASING.....
