I would live to join! I started my fast on the 13th, but only at dinner time. I have a new post up in the reboot newbies section if your questioning why. As much as I would love to do a 40 day fast I'm not sure my body would be able to handle it. I'm not anywhere near overweight as is, and I'm not doing this for much weight-loss, so I'll start with 10 days and see where I get. My goal is detox. I do have a food addiction. I eat out, fast food and Starbucks, everyday. The only reason I am thin is because I have food allergies and can have only grilled chicken from any fast food menu. No bun, no cheese. I'm into fasting for spiritual reasons and figure I may as well juice during my fast. Anyway, I'm looking forward to joining everyone in this adventure. I can't really say I'm looking forward to the next few days however. Lord, give me strength.
