Did a 10 day reboot a year ago but other than that, still a newbie I guess.

Looking for a reboot accountability partner who is on 60 day (preferably) journey as well. I will be starting mine on April 3rd with a goal of 50-60 lbs by completion. I'll will also incorporate some light cardio during my reboot but my focus is going to be on healing my body from the inside out.

    I'm also starting a long term reboot on the 3rd. My main goal is 90 days, but little steps, so my first goal is 30 days.
    I am also a newbie, having done only a one week reboot a few years ago. I found I struggled mentally and emotionally when I was just drinking juice. I have yet to discover why this was. I'm assuming it will happen again with this reboot but I'm not sure.
    As far as a weight goal for myself...I don't really know. I would love to drop 50lbs by the end of the 90 days. Any more would be bonus (I really need to lose over 100) Although I'm a bit afraid to set a goal because If I don't reach it, I'll feel like I've failed. I had my man hide the scale after my start weigh-in just now so I'm not tempted to weigh myself every day and just concentrate on juicing.

    This is perfect I've been looking for someone to do one with too!

    I am starting a 60 day reboot today. I've completed a 20 day juice fast a couple of years ago. I am hoping to lose about 50-60 lbs that would be ideal I have about 75 to lose in total. It would be nice to be able to have someone to talk to instead of doing it alone!

    Woot woot! Me too! Just started my reboot on April 3rd... looking to lose 50lbs this time around (and keep it off!) I am setting the goal of 30 days... but hoping for 60. I completed 49 days last spring and felt fantastic! I enjoy these boards as a place to check in daily and share the journey. Hope to chat with you all.
