Hi, my name is Kate and since introducing juice into my life 3 years ago (April 9), I'd lost nearly 180 pounds, but after having surgery for 4 hernias in January, I've gained some of that back. I desperately need to get back on track. If you would like to join me for the month of April, you can find the group by clicking on this link.

In every group that I have started, there is a NO FOOD TALK rule because hearing or reading about different foods that we choose not to eat can totally derail a juicer's personal progress and efforts. You can mention the ingredients you put into your juice, coconut water and tea - but that's it.
