Soylent Green ( or simple green if that name really freaks you out) lol
This is a great afternoon protein boost.
1 handful of green beans
1 handful leafy greens, (spinach, kale, romaine)
2-4 stalks of celery
1-4 green apples ( pending how sweet you want it)
1 lemon peeled or not
1/2-1 inch knob of ginger
Optional: 1/4-1/2 jalepeno if you like it hot. 12-14 grapes or 1/4 pineapple to replace 1 apple if you need it to be sweet.
Put leafy greens, green beans, and ginger through first so they get "washed in" by the other juices.
Best served on ice, lots of it, and drank with a crazy straw.
And never be afraid to try putting something else in there or even taking something out you really don't like.
