Today I felt like if I tasted one more sip of the mean green juice I was going barf. I still had a fair amount left of my last batch and didn't want to waste it so I juiced some little thai red peppers, some garlic, horseradish root, red radish and a little fresh dill and mixed it with my left over mean green concoction. It was like a party in my mouth and everyone was invited. The flavour was like real food and it snapped me out of my juicing doldrum.
If you start feeling like you can't stomach your juice get creative! Go nuts, throw caution to the wind and create something new. You can still use Joe's recipe, you're just enhancing it.
I honestly think this saved me from breaking down and eating today.
