im on day one,I'm not doing any solid food. I know I'm suppose to have at least 1200 calories but with such healthy food calories are low and I'm getting full, is it OK to not juice all the calories. Also I'm using the nutribukket because I don't have a juicer

Today is day 5. I started at 251# I am now at 247.5 so I am going the right way. I am juicing only it is just easier for me. I have a hard time getting exercise cause I drive all day. I take people to medical appointments.

Yeah Susan it feels fantastic! I'm at that stage now whereby I don't crave any solid foods. Just juicing and occasionally having sunflower seeds or almonds. Congrats on breaking the plateau!

Day 6! I had a hard day yesterday. I worked from 4am till 9:45pm. It is so hard to get my juice in when I have a day when I am driving and waiting or just wandering around. I did get in my greens I juiced up 8 kale,1 orange, 1 lemon 1granny smith apple, 3 spears of pineapple,1 cucumber, 3 celery stalks it is the only way I can get the Greens in cause it tastes really good. I drank a glass and took the rest with me. Drank it till gone. I did get a fair amount of water but not as much as I should have. The problem came at 6pm when I was faint tired and my headached terribly I went to Denny's and had the Baja skillet. I omitted the potatoes and cheese and I ate yellow squash, zucchini, grilled onions with red and green peppers, mushrooms and avocado with scrambled egg white. This was the best option I could find. Is this cheating? I felt like I had cheated and I have not eaten since and it is almost noon. I am not hungry at all so I don't want to eat when I am not.? I have a hard time right before I go to bed. I get terribly psychologically hungry that I just can't get the thoughts of eating out of my head! It is horrible and I do not give in but I hope it gets better. I will try the weights, any exercises I can do in the car? I do go to stores and walk around but I don't know if it is helping. Sorry to wander, I am tired.
