Hi, I started of my reboot two days ago. Despite headache the first day I feel good. Drinking more water helps :) Just made a pasta dish for my kids, and I'm proud to say that i didn't touch it. Victory :D
So.. I wonder.. are there some fruits I should stay away from when I want to loose weight? And what about adding chia seeds? :)
