Hi, I started of my reboot two days ago. Despite headache the first day I feel good. Drinking more water helps :) Just made a pasta dish for my kids, and I'm proud to say that i didn't touch it. Victory :D

So.. I wonder.. are there some fruits I should stay away from when I want to loose weight? And what about adding chia seeds? :)

    Congratulations on your 2 days so far!! Glad to hear that you feel good. Well done!

    Following a guide of 80% vegetables to 20% fruit is a good guide to follow while juicing and eating fruits and vegetables. Eating very sweet fruit in excess can hinder weight loss if consume in high amounts.

    You can certainly add 1-3 tsp of chia seeds to water or to one of your juices per day to support a healthy bowel and to provide a small amount of protein and fibre to the plan.

    I see rutabagas and turnips on your list of best veggies for weight loss. But I don't see recipes for these strong flavored veggies. Cauliflower and parsnips and papaya also have strong flavors that give me cause to limit them in a juice. Do you have any fruit recommendations for combining with raw rutabagas and turnips or should I just leave them out of juice and eat them cooked.
