Reviewing the whole food recipes for reboots that transition you out of and back into whole foods sure seem to take a dedicated commitment in finding the correct ingredients as well as the preparation.

I am certainly not lazy or up to a challenge (I work on average 16 hours a day, 6 days a week) but it does seem to take quite a bit more work than just throwing vegetables and some fruit into my Breville Juice Fountain Duo.

For example, one recipe just to make vegan Parmesan cheese requires using a food processor to crumble brazil and macadamia nuts, and then using a dehydrator for 12 hours to dry.

If I could write a computer program to automate all of these recipes I would! :-)

Am I making too big of a deal out of these recipes?

My guided reboot has a 7 day transition into a 25 day juice and then a 28 day transition back into whole foods.
