I find with fitness, I have been successful over the years by resetting every week (as a reminder) through working with a personal trainer on the weekends. Even if I had bad days/weeks, I get motivated to get back on track.
As much as I had an amazing result on my reboot of 60 days last year, I struggle to keep myself from eating healthy long term. I find that a 7 days juice cleanse is doable. Is it okay to do this once a month? Will I be lacking anything other than protein? I have my plant based protein powder.
