Reboot and the male libido

I told a friend of mine about my reboot and he claims that it will have a negative impact on my romantic life due to the "phyto-estrogens" from all the veggies and the negative effect not having certian types of protein will have on testosterone levels.

Someone please convince me that he doesn't know what the heck he's talking about :|

    Thanks Stacy.

I actually tried some very pricy liquid maca before and it just tasted so bad that I couldn't take it. The powder smoothie additive sounds interesting though.

For the record I don't have any issues with my libido. I just want to make sure I keep it that way.

Forks over Knives is my favorite food documentary. It inspired me into a plant based lifestyle without putting the fear of God in me and I appreciate that greatly.
