I'm going to start the transition week on Monday. I got the book today "The Reboot with Joey Juice Diet" and started reading it. For the wake up, it says to have hot water. I assume the temperature the water comes out of the Keurig, without any pods in it would be hot enough, correct?
Also, it says to have Herbal Tea at bedtime. My husband and I go to the gym at 10:30 PM Tuesday - Saturday. Although some times on Saturdays we end up not going until 1-3 AM due to gaming. On the nights we go at 10:30 PM, is it better to have to tea before, or after we go to the gym. I would love to be able to go to the gym earlier, but our gym has a very few treadmills. Going that late is the only way to insure we are both able to get on to one.
