I'm constantly drawn to the scale and it's a compulsion I need to control. This is April 5 and day-20 of 60. I need to focus on something other than the scale. I have a big balance scale and it's being put deep into the back of our coat closet today. Whether you're doing a short or long reboot.....and want to try NOT to weigh yourself until the end, please join me for support. No food talk, please as it can throw people off track when reading a "food" post.
