I have seen that it has been recommended to have the scoop of protein powder with one juice or perhaps divided by two juices. I have been dividing a little over a scoop in all of my juices. In other words, I have a little protein powder with each of my juices throughout the day.
Is there a reason not to do it this way and perhaps more beneficial to have it all at once?
