I’ve been preparing for a reboot by incorporating vegetable & fruit juices & cutting processed foods a week before initially starting a reboot. I got my juicer at the beginning of this week. I tried my first vegetable juice Tuesday & have added more & more juice throughout the week. I’ve been tasting different juices & finding ones that I prefer. Does anyone have more advice to prepare for a reboot?
