I'm on day 9 of my 21 day juice fast! The longest I've been on nothing but completely juice was about 12 days....Ive done this several times. However, every time I end my fast I go straight to the drive thur and celebrate with a # 6 from Taco Bell! lol Of course I end up gaining the weight back and sometime even more. I would really like this time to be different..I want to not only keep my results but maintain and use my reboot as a platform for a new healthy lifestyle.
Dose anyone have any suggestions on how to properly transition from a 21 day reboot?
