Post 30 Day Reboot Advice

Hi there

I completed a 30 day reboot, guided, on the 5th January. I am now back eating normally and have another 2 stone to loose. I found the reboot sensational and felt fabulous and was going to wait until April to start another 30 day reboot but really do feel up for starting on 2nd March instead. What issues do I need to be aware of if I choose to do two close together? Thanks, Laura

    Hi Laura,

Congratulations on completing the 30 day Guided Reboot! It would be best for you to wait until April to begin Rebooting again. In the mean time you can still include juicing as a part of a healthy diet. You can download our free Reboot plans that include juicing and healthy eating that are helpful guidelines to follow http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/rebooting/plans/

    I hope that helps!
