I would think prune juice -- I wonder if you could just use commercially prepared juice. (I used warm water enemas and it cleaned me out.)

http://www.freedomyou.com/cleaning_the_colon_freedomyou.aspx I'm using a douche/enema combination bag. I saw the bulb size enema at the drug store and thought it was for children but now that I've read about this subject, I see that it's for when you are not doing a cleansing enema but administering a product with a low volume of water The cleansing enema uses a larger volume of water although I can't hold an entire bag full of water in one sitting. If the water comes out with waste, you repeat the enema until the water is clearer. I haven't had much experience with enemas so I looked at several websites and youtube videos that were very helpful regarding: what position to lie on how to massage the abdomen (colon) during the enema and during the elimination period temperature of water how long to maintain the water inside of body how much water to use frequency / how much time in between enemas how many times to repeat in one sitting lubricant The purpose of the enema is because as your body is dumping the toxins in your intestine and you're only consuming juice with either no fiber or very little fiber, the toxins are being re-absorbed back in to your blood stream and feel bad (head aches for me.) Once I started doing the enemas, my head aches went away.
