One day down, Two to go

Group Reboots

Hello, I have started day two in my 2014 3-Day Reboot. It is going quite well - no headache today, but even yesterday it was just a slight throbbing. I did wean myself off coffee prior to the Reboot and maybe that helped. I watered down my coffee (for a week) more and more as the reboot was closer. Day 1: slight headache, felt good, did all my juicing the night before, took a looong nap (subzero weather related or juicing, that is the question), didn't drink all my juices or water - as evening approached I just couldn't swallow any more liquid. I know I'm suppose to drink everything but ... Day Two: hot lemon water, Sunrise Juice-added fresh pineapple and this is really good, later today I'll make lunch and dinner juices and hopefully I'll be able to drink all my liquids.

I'm feeling good, no grumbling tummy, lots of gas =:-) , and the temperature is warmer this morning (-15F) compared to yesterday (-20) - Life Is Good.

I replied to your post but I guess it didn't go through.

I am also on day 2 and could not finish all the juices, no headaches, thankfully, but I am so tired, it could be the -5 outside but the only activity today was making the juice. I am having a hard time drinking the green drink, ugh, I have to force that kale down. Any advise anyone?
