Oh my gosh what?

Group Reboots

I'm. Not sure what's going on here but I'm on day 13 of my juicing, week one down 9 lbs and my back injury felt like it had almost subsided.... Week two I'm up a lb and my back is only just OK.... What is going on? How is it even possible to gain weight back?

Maybe you've lost inches? More important!

I don't know, I do know with water fasting, weight (as in pounds) doesn't come off easily and sometimes people gain... crazy, don't know why. They say the body is redistributing this that -- its probably something like that? Good for you for being on 13 days, I'm on 2. :) And I had a bad back injury years ago, I know where you're coming from!

I don't know -- my own weight can fluctuate even 4 or 5 lbs day to day depending on when I weigh and my intake.

Hang in there and trust your body to do its thing if you're feeding it right. Do examine your practices and make sure you don't need to fix something or improve on it. ( What's the ratio of fruit to veg in your juice? Does your body need something added? Weirdly, I've seen people say they need a tiny bit of salt somewhere on here in the past, just as an example. Too much sugar in the juice? It happens for some. )

But trust your body! And be patient. The graph of your weight loss is not likely going to be a flat downward slope over time.
