Reboot Newbies

Nuts, Seeds and legumes.

Reboot Newbies

Posted by Howzit70 on 6 years ago Nuts, Seeds and legumes are mentioned in the film which I watched maybe 5 times. Joe Cross did say he lived for 60 days with only fruits and vegetables. I am a tad confused. I'm assuming he introduced the nuts etc after the 60 day fast? Before I begin this fast I think I need to clear this up only b/c I'll use this at a weak moment as a reason to mess up the fast. I begin today for breakfast. Much aloha, Bill

Seeds nuts and legumes are fabulous for after the reboot, but they're not technically on the reboot. Except I do hear the nutritionists mention adding chia seeds as being ok. Claire did some excellent blog entries to help guide us when selecting fruits, vegetables and seasonings to use. Since I like to do my own recipes, I found her suggestions very helpful so that I didn't inadvertantly get too creative and put something that is not on the reboot into my juice. http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/foods-to-enjoy-while-rebooting-part-1-vegetables/ http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/foods-to-enjoy-while-rebooting-part-2-fruits/ http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/foods-to-enjoy-while-rebooting-part-3-herbs-spices-and-more/ Best of luck to you!

I would love that too. Wonder if there's a way to track that?
