You can do it Rev Diva after being diagnosed with gerd and high cholesterol and high blood pressure and undergoing a cardiac catherization last week. Juicing became easy in theory then in application. We can do this together, support is support... I had to commit to me and Not a life of medication but one in which I Control what i can... Push and do whatever you can to get the results you want

Thank you for that advice Dede729, I was diagnosed as pre diabetic during my annual physical along with high cholesterol so I must Push as you state and do whatever I can to reach my goal:-)
