Hi, I wanted to take a step into a support forum such as reboot. I have always had a weight problem, tried countless diets, and like many folks yo-yo'd back . I am a week into a pre-transition juicing,eliminating meats, sugars/ starches, dairy, convenience/ processed items, and oils. I'm having difficulty with giving up my morning coffee... yikes! and currently have a salad (1/2 avocado/water dressing) for dinner I was given a juicer for Christmas, and have been trying a few variable recipes... not a fan of kale... but cucumber and celery are very good. I am trying to find a source of protein that will satisfy my hunger for more than two hours....
I welcome any input or suggestions... and hope to communicate with the group
