Hello everyone! I just started juicing today. I love how the juice tasted (Green). I decided to start juicing to lose weight and to get healthier after seeing Joe's film, and ordered a juicer. I need to know if there is information on incorporating a meal with juicing when I start eating. I don't plan on staying just on juice as longer than 10 - 15 days. I guess it will depend how I feel, and how much weight I am losing right? Oh, and my chickens love me juicing too because I give them the pulp; don't waste anything right? I am hoping to find a group and get support since I know this won't be easy for me.
