Hi from stinking hot Melbourne LOL How long are you planning on rebooting for?

Lol, lived in Melb for years, it does get hot there for sure. Look, I am only going to start with a three day, I know it isn't much, but for me it is major. I really love to eat. I am notorious for night bingeing, so doing and succeeding with a three day would be a major deal. Btw, thanks for your message.

Three days of intense nutrition plus no processed foods or sugar etc is NOT a minor thing. It is an awesome step!

Thanks for that Shakti. Just to note... I added more kale to my veggie juices and found that it really killed my hunger. Also I wasn't really doing the 80/20 veggie to fruit ratio. Now I am, and it is way better.

Hoping that you are still doing well with the juicing! My best advice is to have fun with it, experiment with different veggies. Be aware that juicing intensifies hot peppers, arugula and some herbs, so start small and add more as you go. (Voice of experience on that). Oh, and strawberries as well as ginger covers up a lot of mistakes. BTW freeing in Maine, wishing it was stinking hot!

Thanks mate, yes I am juicing on a daily basis. Looking forward to my next and hopefully longer reboot.
