Hello Folks,

I m new to juicing.... I m currently 250lbs.. My target is to lose 100 lbs... i need a motivation to do that... Pls help me by supporting me,,, give me some tips and abt what kind of exercise i can do while juicing.... I need to know whether we can do high intense exercise during juicing.... Kindly Advice...
