Need people to keep me accountable

Ok so day one... just got done juicing for my day's supply... not sure if this is completely ok. Due to my busy lifestyle, this is going to be the only way to do it. I'll admit that the juicing part was fun, but I'm slightly worried. I love junk food and I have a very long love affair with them. I'm hoping that someone will befriend me and help keep me accountable for what I'm doing and helping me when I start to crave junk food.

SOS, please keep me accountable.

Thanks Rogue_Kat

Changing the way we eat and think about food has to be as hard as kicking drugs, would you agree? Keeping in touch with our good days and the not so good we can do this and with the help of others that have been there and done that. You can't fail with a name Rogue Kat

I agree. Food becomes our drug. We're addicted to certain foods... especially junk food.

    Rogue_Kat,

You can do it. I am starting a 30 day plunge on Wednesday. I will support you and then you can encourage me after I get started! Get through these first three days and then you will feel better. Stay strong no matter what, just like a game.

I started the 10 Day Lite plan with my husband today. I have heard that you crave what you eat and I am hoping that after the 10 days I will be craving for more fruit and veg.
