I'm also a mother of three. Am currently on day 10 of a juice only reboot. This weekend I plan to continue juicing 1 or 2 meals a day and have a healthy plant based, whole grains meal the other times. It's going well for me so far. I've lost 7 lbs and have several more to go.

Will be glad to support you!

I also have 3, I'm on day 32 of a 60 day reboot. Making this a lifestyle change for sure. My children are 10, 5 & 2. Time for me to have my body back to myself! Want to loose 30-40 more lbs. Feeling so motivated!

Cj- I have a 6 yr old boy and 4 yr old b/g twins. So far I haven't had too much temptation preparing their meals, like I thought I would. Am really looking forward to eating solid food tomorrow though - have been craving a broccoli salad.

That's great Lovessa, you're more than halfway through your reboot. 60 days is really commendable.

Good for you Alexis not being tempted! I could use your will power! Last night i craved their hummus and cucumbers so bad. I was glad to have that pizza juice ready...the garlic for some odd reason really helps. I think the smell maybe?

Do you both just drink juices or are you mixing it up with plant based foods too? Are you in a cold climate because part of my struggle right now is wanting warm soup.

I'm in NYC where it's been bitter cold so I totally understand wanting warm soup! Yesterday was the last day of my 10 day juice only reboot. I made broth twice during that period, from the juice pulp. I will say that it really helped me keep going and it was so comforting, especially on frigid mornings. I kept a few mason jars of it in the fridge and it was great to know it was on hand whenever I wanted it. To make the broth, I simmered the pulp with water for a couple hours with a few onion slices or garlic cloves - just a quick broth. The second broth I made was from pulp that was very heavy on greens. It was still good but somewhat bitter. Next time I'll know to use pulp that's more balanced.

I am near Albany NY and it has been really windy this week with the cold. I love the idea of broth!

I am only juicing...I love the idea of making a warm broth and even better using the pulp. I too could jar it to have on hand. I have this pizza themed juice I make, as pizza is my all time weekness. Tomato's,garlic,green..orange..red peppers, celery or romaine and onion that sounds wonderful as a broth. I'm in Chicago so -30, -40 has already been hit here. Bitter cold with that wind.

Hi all, this is my first time posting in this group. But I'm new to rebooting, currently on day 9 and I've lost 8 pounds. I just made breakfast for my kids and my tummy started growling something awful. So I hurried and cleaned up and went upstairs to get away from the yummy smells. Will this get better??? It's going to be a long day with my son's track meet, but I'm packing up some juices and edamame trail mix for a healthy snack. #juiceon
