Hey all! First time reboot here and I have a question/concern I never thought possible. Has anyone had any experience with losing weight too quickly on a reboot? I'm doing juice only and essentially following what Joe did in the movie with 5-6 22oz. juices a day, but I'm actually a little nervous with how well it's working and wondering if there is an issue or if I should be worried I'm currently averaging almost 3pounds/day. Should I add more juice or something else? Thanks in advance for any information/advice.

    Hello BWill,

    The initial lose is due to water and will stabilise out and slow down, if you are feeling well and all is going well then there is no concern.

    I don't even weigh myself. If you're going to weigh yourself do it once per week. 1 pound a day is actually pretty normal after a couple of weeks. To start you'll lose a lot of water weight but as long as you feel good go by how your clothing feels. It's a much better place for your mind and avoids the watching the scale trap that snares people into.
