Hello Everyone, i have recently watched F.S.N.D and have been inspired to start Juicing as an avenue for weight loss. For context i am 24, 235 pounds and am looking to get down to about 170.I would like to initially do 30 days and go from there. I am seeing a lot of useful information online, but there are just some things i can't seem to find.1.) How much Juice is a proper amount to be intaking on a daily basis. 2.) After the initial Detoxing period what should you do to incorporate things like Chicken / Meat back in to your diet. Any help or guidance at all would be appreciated.
