I started my very first (40 day) juice fast back in February of 2013. I was able to lose weight, break my addiction to unhealthy foods, and get my life back on track...
but then when it came time to eat "healthy", I found out that I had NO IDEA what healthy FOOD was. I was way too comfortable with juice fasting and I didn't have a CLUE as to what foods to eat and I would start gaining weight back slowly...so back to the juice fast I'd go! And I used my juice fasting as a crazy yo-yo diet, instead of learning what proper foods to nourish my body with.
I am sure there are so many other people out there who have been through something similar and I wanted to reach out and offer my support.
I've lost over 100 lbs and I still do my reboots, but now I do them for detoxification reasons, and not for weight loss. My life has changed tremendously and I am now in LOVE with body and my self-esteem.

My hope for THIS group is to come back here and check in daily with my progress, foods I ate, and the workouts I've dedicated myself to doing daily, for 30 minutes a day. Wanna join me? I'd LOVE to have any and all the support I can get....as long as offering my support and encouragement to others.
