Group Reboots

Hi all!!!!

I started my very first (40 day) juice fast back in February of 2013. I was able to lose weight, break my addiction to unhealthy foods, and get my life back on track...

but then when it came time to eat "healthy", I found out that I had NO IDEA what healthy FOOD was. I was way too comfortable with juice fasting and I didn't have a CLUE as to what foods to eat and I would start gaining weight back back to the juice fast I'd go! And I used my juice fasting as a crazy yo-yo diet, instead of learning what proper foods to nourish my body with.

I am sure there are so many other people out there who have been through something similar and I wanted to reach out and offer my support.

I've lost over 100 lbs and I still do my reboots, but now I do them for detoxification reasons, and not for weight loss. My life has changed tremendously and I am now in LOVE with body and my self-esteem.

I tend to be on Facebook ALL THE if you want to connect that way, add me here: Teela GettingFit Herman

I also have some AWESOME accountability groups that I run on Facebook that focus on clean eating and daily exercise. I'd LOVE to have you join me.

My hope for THIS group is to come back here and check in daily with my progress, foods I ate, and the workouts I've dedicated myself to doing daily, for 30 minutes a day. Wanna join me? I'd LOVE to have any and all the support I can long as offering my support and encouragement to others.

Sooooo.... now that you've finished your juice fast, let's get started with CLEAN EATING!

Hi!'ve done so well! I'm on day 36, have lost 17 pounds and have lost the pain from my fibromylgia...except for the times when I have cheated a little (cooking dinners is my biggest cause of temptation), and then the pain comes back for a day. I have trouble fitting in excercise but I was pleased when I managed to go swimming next week. I have Dr Fuhrman's Live To Eat and his recipe book, ready for when I stop fasting.

Awesome!! That's a GREAT plan, Jennifer!! And day 36?? KUDOS to you!!!

How much longer are you planning on rebooting?

Swimming is a great exercise as it works all of our muscles at the same time! I've found that I really enjoy my in-home workouts.

I've done about 60 days of P90X3 and I LOVED what it did to transform my body. I've recently started doing those exercises for 30 minutes a day and it makes me feel AWESOME!

It's nice to "meet" you! I am looking forward to getting to know you more!
