I have been watching the fat summit and I am curious about more fat in our diet while rebooting. If I am understanding this, when we are on a juice only reboot, we are in a state of ketosis already and adding fat to our diet during the fast would prevent our body from burning the fat that is already there (ie- wanting to lose weight)? We probably would just burn the extra fat that we would ingest, correct?
Just trying to make sense of this process.
