    Me was my first day with mostly juice, smoothies and fruits and veggies...had a couple non freggie items, but tomorrow will be better. Love your horse, Mickee...would like to have one again, but not sure I want the commitment they require.

    Yay!! Good luck to both of you. I'm starting with my dad this Friday or Saturday--Juice only for 7-10 days is the goal. I'd love to have someone(s) with whom I can commiserate and learn!

    I'm only two weeks into a juice only reboot and I already feel like an old hand. :-)

    The first steps are the most important as without them the others that follow would be impossible.
