Just found out my reboot buddy caved!

Reboot Newbies

He didn't even make to the end of day 2 for crying out loud! And this is a guy whose done multiple Ironman ccompetitions. How can someone with the kind of mastery over their mind and body to train for and complete such a grueling physical task like the Ironman not make it past day 2 of a juice diet?

Ugh...I'm really feeling discouraged. I'm soooo tempted to go to the fridge and eat a giant bowl of left over spaghetti and meatballs right now :|

Don't do it! You just hang in there and remember that everyday you juice is a benefit to your body. Let your friend off the hook let him know that he didn't really fail the success was that he did something healthy for his body for 2 days. When he sees you succeed he may just try again. there are a lot of people who stop after a day or two, and many come back and are more successful especially if they prepare themselves for the reboot!

Maybe your friend needs to see you doing it to get encouraged. Don't give in. Only you are in charge of your results.

You are doing this for YOU. What others choose to do is their business. So honor yourself and stay juicing. And as the others says, your friend might need your succes to pull through the next time he goes on juicing.

Ditto what the other said. Why are you doing this? For me, it is to get healthy. I have several goals. It may take more than 1 Reboot. Guess what? If it does, I will do it. Shake off the feeling that if your friend caved, you have to. Wrong! Keep going. Take it day by day. You will get to the point that you can walk into Bojangles or McDonalds or wherever and not feel tempted. I know, I have. C'mon Champ, you can do it!

Thank you all for the encouragement. I didn't break my reboot and this morning I weighed myself and I've lost 5.6 lbs so far. And surprisingly I feel pretty good. Lots of energy, calm and collected without any mood swings or mental fog.

I'm only 18.5 pounds away from my goal weight of 170 lbs. That seems like not so much after dropping 5.6 lbs so quickly. And trust me when I tell you that 170 used to see like a pipe dream before I was a rebooter :)

How many times have you rebooted Juiceologist? I started a 15 day reboot that turned into 30, now I am on a semi reboot while on vacation and eating healthy choices. I plan to go back to a full reboot when I get home on Tuesday, for another 30 days if need be. I lost 25 lbs on the 30 day reboot, and the scale here is broken so I won't know where I am until I get home. My goal was 30 lbs, but i wouldn't mind another 10 on top of that!
